Type 7011 - Direct-acting 2/2-way plunger valve


The 7011 valve is a direct-acting plunger valve. The stopper and the core guide tube are welded together to increase pressure resistance and leak-tightness. Various housing and seal material combinations are available depending on the actual application. A Bürkert-specific flange variant (SFB) enables the space-saving arrangement of valves on a multiple manifold. The range is supplemented by variants conforming to DVGW EN 161 and explosion-proof variants. Push-in fittings can be selected for a flexible hose connection. In combination with a plug conforming to DIN EN 175301-803 shape B, the valves satisfy degree of protection IP65.

Type 7012 - Direct-acting 3/2-way plunger valve

A banjo fitting with banjo bolt is the ideal solution for easy direct mounting on a pneumatic actuator.er Optional manual override enables quick start-up and optimal maintenance. In combination with a plug to industry standard shape B or DIN EN 17301-803 shape C, the valves satisfy degree of protection IP65.

Type 6430 - Piston valve, 3/2-way, servo-assisted


The valve 6430 is a servo-assisted 3/2-way piston valve. If the valve is not supplied with auxiliary pilot air, a minimum differential pressure is required for the function. Variants: For neutral liquids and gases in the pressure range 1-16 bar in the function NC and NO. - For technical vacuums up to 3 bar in the function NC and NO. - With auxiliary pilot air for vacuums up to 8 bar in the function NC and NO. All variants are available as an impulse version to secure the switching position even in the event of power interruptions. The Type 6430 is equipped with a manual override for start-up or manual operation (exception: impulse version). To reduce electrical power consumption during operation, coils with integrated “Kick and Drop” (KD) electronics featuring double coil technology are available. A maintenance-free, media-separated 3/2-way pivoted armature valve Type 0331 is used as a pilot valve. In combination with a plug to DIN EN 175301 – 803 Form A, the valves satisfy degree of protection IP65.

Type 6281 - Servo-assisted 2/2 way diaphragm valve


The 6281 valve is a servo-assisted solenoid valve of the S.EV series. A minimum differential pressure is always required for the function of the valve. Various diaphragm material combinations and methods of operation are available depending on the application. The standard brass housing satisfies all European drinking water requirements. Dezincification-resistant brass is available for other markets. The housing offering is rounded out by a stainless steel version. For reduced energy requirement, all coils can be delivered with electronic power reduction. The valve can be equipped with manual override for easy maintenance and commissioning.

Type 6027 - Direct-acting 2/2 way plunger valve


Valve 6027 is a direct-acting plunger valve. The stopper and plunger guide tube are welded together to enhance pressure resistance and leak-tightness. Various seal material combinations are available depending on the application. The coils are moulded with chemically resistant epoxy. An optional sliding ring bearing increases the service life with dry gases. Special seal technology is used for high-pressure applications. In combination with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy protection class IP65. Stainless steel valves satisfy NEMA 4X.

Type 6519 - Servo-assisted 5/2, 5/3 or 3/2 way Solenoid Valve for pneumatics


The Type 6518 is a servo-assisted 3/2-way valve and the Type 6519 is a 5/2 or 5/3-way valve. Together, they form a product line. The valves can be used individually or in blocks. The valves work without a continuous air consumption and are used for the pneumatic control of double or single-acting actuators. A solenoid valve Type 6014 is used as a pilot. The use of high quality materials makes it possible to use these valves in the open air and under chemical atmospheres. The product line contains units with Ex-Approvals and NAMUR flange interface.

Type 6518 - Servo-assisted 3/2 way Solenoid Valve for pneumatics

Valves with circuit function C, D and H monostable are certified acc. IEC 61508 as SIL2.

Type 5404 - Servo-assisted 2/2-way piston valve


The 5404 valve is a servo-assisted piston valve available in NC and NO versions. A minimum differential pressure is required for the valve switching function. The solenoid coils are moulded with high-quality epoxy resin. In combination with a plug to DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy degree of protection IP65. The cable plug is not included and must be ordered separately.

Type 5282 - Servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm valve


The 5282 valve is a servo-assisted diaphragm valve. A minimum differential pressure is required for the valve to function. Various diaphragm material combinations and circuit functions are available depending on the application. The standard brass body satisfies all European drinking water requirements. The body offering is completed with stainless steel versions. The 3/2-way pilot valve can be easily converted from NC to NO circuit function by rotating it on the armature. The solenoid coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. The 5282 is equipped with manual override for start-up and testing. In combination with a plug acc. to DIN EN 175301-803 Form A and stainless steel body, the valves satisfy the requirements of NEMA 4X.

Type 6213 - Servo-assisted 2/2 way diaphragm valve


The 6213 EV valve is a servo-assisted diaphragm valve of the S.EV series. The diaphragm spring coupling supports the opening process of the valve. In its standard version, the valve is suitable for use in liquids. A minimum differential pressure is required for complete opening. A special version (HP00) which opens the valve without differential pressure is available for gas and vacuum applications. Various diaphragm material combinations are available depending on the application. The range of housings includes brass, stainless steel and gunmetal. Dezincification-resistant brass is available for other markets. To reduce power consumption in operation, coils with "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics assembly (double coil technology) are available. In combination with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy degree of protection IP65 – in combination with a stainless steel housing NEMA 4X.

The 0142 valve is a servo-assisted diaphragm valve. A minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar is required to open and close the valve. Various diaphragm materials and circuit functions are available depending on the actual application. The circuit function fo the 3/2 way pilot valve can be easily converted NC to NO by rotating it on the main seat. The pilot valve position feedback can take place with a switching or NAMUR signal.
