The multi-way valve type 0450 Ex brings Burkert’s 0450 centralized process actuation solution to hazardous areas. Its high flow rates in combination with the aluminum bodies allow a wide range of applications. Most commonly used safety barriers are approved for applications with the 0450 EExi. For easy installation, the valves can (on request) be supplied pre-wired to WAGO and Harting junction boxes.
The pilot valve Type 0460 consists of a pilot control solenoid valve with double coil and pneumatic slide valve. The principle allows the switching of high pressures together with low power consumption and fast switching times. All valves are equipped with a manual override as a standard.
The pilot valve Type 0461 consists of a pilot control solenoid valve with double coil and pneumatic slide valve. The principle allows the switching of high pressures together with low power consumption and fast switching times. All valves are equipped with a manual override as a standard.
Type 6511 consists of the pilot flipper solenoid valve Type 6144 and a pneumatic seat valve. the Flipper principle allows switching of high pressures with low power consumption and with short switching times. All valves are equipped with manual override as a standard. Type 6511 is extendable and preferably with a cable plug at the back of the valve island, Type 8640, and with the plug connection at the front of the valve block in the pneumatic control actuators.
The 6516/6517 EExi valves are used for process actuation in hazardous areas. Thanks to the intrinsically safe design and the possibility of block mounting, the valves can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications.
The Type 6518 is a servo-assisted 3/2-way valve and the Type 6519 is a 5/2 or 5/3-way valve. Together, they form a product line. The valves can be used individually or in blocks. The valves work without a continuous air consumption and are used for the pneumatic control of double or single-acting actuators. A solenoid valve Type 6014 is used as a pilot. The use of high quality materials makes it possible to use these valves in the open air and under chemical atmospheres. The product line contains units with Ex-Approvals and NAMUR flange interface.
Type 6525 consists of a pilot flipper solenoid valve type 6144 and a pneumatic seat valve. The flipper action system enables the switching of high pressures with low power consumption and short switching times. All valves are equipped with manual emergency actuation as standard.
The solenoid valve Type 6527 consists of a pneumatic valve body fitted with Type 6106 rocker pilot valve. The rocker principle allows switching of high pressures together with low power consumption and fast response times. The extendable Type 6527 can be used for block modules (tag connectors in front) or for entire valve islands (8640 & 8644 - tag connectors at the block). All valves are equipped with manual override as a standard.
