Type 3323 - Electromotive 2-way diaphragm valve


The innovative Bürkert diaphragm valve Type 3323 is the solution when it comes to on/off control in areas with media contact such as the food and beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and biopharma industry. The electromotive actuator with ball screw shuts the valve quasi delay free with – for electromotive actuators – a unique high control speed within 1.5 to 4.5 seconds. If necessary, the safety position can be realised with optional energy pack in case of power failure. Pressure fluctuations or shocks in the medium are not transferred to the valve position. Furthermore, many helpful functions for process control, valve diagnostics and preventive maintenance are available. The integrated pilot valve controls single or double-acting actuators. As an option a communication interface, AS-Interface, DeviceNet, IO-Link or büS (based on CANopen) can be chosen. The design of the control head and the actuator enables an internal control air routing without external tubings. Besides the electrical position feedback, the status of the device is shown directly on the control head itself through coloured powerful LEDs, even in difficult ambient conditions. The housing is easy to clean and features proven IP protection and chemically resistant materials for use in hygienic processing in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Type 2036 - Robolux Multiway Multiport Diaphragm Valve, Pneumatically operated


This Multiway-Multiport Diaphragm Valve system is designed for control of ultra pure, sterile, aseptic and steam/CIP fluid paths. It enables optimal sampling, draining or diverting of critical process fluids. The valve range is based on the patented Robolux technology, where two seats are placed under one diaphragm. This design eliminates dead legs and will minimize the flow system volume. The valve body is machined from a single piece of bar stock stainless steel. The high quality diaphragms are available in several different USP class VI approved materials. The valve is operated with compressed air. With the Feedback and Control Heads the Robolux fits perfectly into Bürkert’s decentralized automation concept. All valves will be delivered with 3.1 certificate, installation drawing and manual instruction.

Type 2080 - Pneumatically operated 2/2 way valve with PTFE bellow


The valve consists of a pneumatically piston actuator with return spring, a stainless steel body and PTFE bellows. The PTFE bellows are used for the separation of the medium. With the appropriate installation (body to bottom) the valve is self-draining. The materials used and the internal contours are simple to clean (CIP and SIP). The valve is suitable for food technology. The modular structure permits configuration with different armatures and customized port connectors. The pneumatic actuator is servo assisted by a pilot valve, a valve block or similar.

Type 2380 - 2/2-way Bellow Control Valve


The bellow control valve is a pneumatically operated process valve with a single-acting diaphragm actuator. A PTFE bellow ensures the separation between medium and actuator. The materials used and the design of the media space allow the use under hygienic or aggressive conditions. It has a good cleanability. The combination with a controller (Type 869x) and the control cone integrated into the bellow enable the valve to handle demanding control tasks. The space-saving actuator with low internal volume not only results in a very compact size but also in remarkably low response times. The valve is characterized by a good control performance due to the low-friction design and has a linear characteristic. A certain variety of body and block system solutions are deliverable.
