Energy Management

FA 510/515 - Dew point sensor for refrigeration dryers

The proven FA 510 dew point sensor is now available with an IO-Link interface . The IO-Link interface enables easy integration of dew point measurement in front of machines and systems. Optionally available with integrated pressure sensors .

Monitoring a compressed air refrigeration dryer is crucial for increasing energy efficiency, ensuring product quality, preventing damage to machines, recognising maintenance requirements and achieving cost savings. This contributes to the smooth functioning of compressed air systems in various industrial applications.

The sensor technology and evaluation electronics of our sensors have undergone continuous improvement. This implies an increased precision at varying ambient temperatures and a higher signal resolution of the sensor. Similar to their predecessor models, the new dew point sensors are characterised by long-lasting, stable and reliable measurement results. The sensor element is insensitive to condensation and is protected from direct contact with contaminated particles by the stainless steel sintered cap.

DP 500 - Portable dew point meter with integrated data logger

The DP 500 Dew point meter with integrated Data logger is the ideal Portable Service instrument for Dew point measurement of all compressed air dryers down to -80°Ctd dew point. The 3.5" graphic display with touchscreen makes operation child's play. The graphic display of the coloured measurement curves is unique. Ideal for Measuring the current Dew point and for graphically displaying the dew point curve and the switching behaviour of the dryer over a longer period of time.

Up to 100 million Measured values can be saved with date and measurement location name. Measured values can be transferred to a PC via USB stick. The data can be conveniently analysed using the CS Basic software (linked below). Measurement data and service reports can therefore be created quickly and easily at any time.

DP 510 - Portable dew point meter with third-party sensor

and integrated data logger. With DP 510 it is possible to performing all measuring tasks with one instrument. It disposes of all functions of DP 500 and has an additional freely assignable sensor input. Additionally to the internal dew point measurement one further optional sensor can be connected. So you could meet nearly all industrial measuring tasks.

DP 400 mobile - Mobile Dew Point Measurement with Pressure Sensor

For measurement of all humidity parameters under pressure up to 16 bar.

The portable dew point meter with integrated, rechargeable battery has been developed especially for the eld use. Besides a highly precise dew point sensor the device also contains a precise pressure sensor up to 16 bar. So in addition to the dew point in °Ctd, the temperature in °C and the line pressure in bar also further moisture parameters (% RH, mg/m3, g/m3) as well as pressure-dependent measuring values (g/kg, ppm v/v, atm. dew point °C) can be calculated.

Dew point measurement DS 52-set for desiccant dryers

The measuring range of -80...20°Ctd makes the dew point set DS 52 with alarm the ideal dew point monitor with analogue output 4...20 mA.

The dew point sensor FA 510 is extremely long-term stable and can be installed and removed quickly and easily under pressure by means of the screwable measuring chamber including quick coupling. The dew point set is supplied ready for plug-in, i.e. everything is completely wired. The alarm values can be freely adjusted.

Dew point measurement DS 52-set for refrigeration dryers

The measuring range of -20...50°Ctd makes the dew point set DS 52 with alarm the ideal dew point monitor with analogue output 4...20 mA.

DS 400 Set - Stationary dew point measurement in compressed air systems

For stationary dew point monitoring of refrigeration or adsorption dryers. The touch screen graphic display enables an intuitive operation and shows the progress of the measured values. 2 alarm relays are available for monitoring of threshold values. Available either with a classic analogue output 4...20 mA or optionally with digital interfaces like Ethernet and RS 485 (Modbus protocol). As a stand-alone solution the measured data stored in the optional data logger can be read-out via USB stick and evaluated by means of the software CS Soft Basic.

Dew point set DS 400 for monitoring of medical compressed air

Compared to DIN EN 737-3 the monograph “Aer medicalis” in the appendix to the European Pharmacopoeia includes essentially altered purity features whereas especially the drastically reduction of the dew point temperature to -46°C atmospheric (this corresponds to 67 ppm V/V) leads to considerable difficulties. The value 67 ppm V/V for water equals the point of condensation at a pressure of 200 bars and a temperature of 11 ºC. This limitation of the water content to the point of condensation is necessary since the condensation of water may cause corrosion damages and furthermore can favor the increase of microbes.

IAC 500 sensor for measuring ambient conditions

IAC 500– Measures ambient conditions in the room – absolute pressure, room temperature, humidity.

Monitoring the intake air of compressed air stations Monitoring of room air e.g. cold rooms, storage rooms or clean rooms The delivery rate of compressors depends on the intake air.

The installation site and the climatic conditions must already be taken into account when designing compressed air stations.

Large temperature fluctuations, e.g. between day and night, lead to uneven compressed air flow.
