Type 6525 consists of a pilot flipper solenoid valve type 6144 and a pneumatic seat valve. The flipper action system enables the switching of high pressures with low power consumption and short switching times. All valves are equipped with manual emergency actuation as standard.
Type 6524 consists of a pilot flipper solenoid valve type 6144 and a pneumatic seat valve. The flipper action system enables the switching of high pressures with low power consumption and short switching times. All valves are equipped with manual emergency actuation as standard. The 2 x 3/2-way valve variant is a combination of two pilot flipper solenoid valves type 6144 and one pneumatic seat valve. The valve is also available with a second connection (press-fit cable), which makes a safe shut-off function possible.
The multi-way valve type 0450 Ex brings Burkert’s 0450 centralized process actuation solution to hazardous areas. Its high flow rates in combination with the aluminum bodies allow a wide range of applications. Most commonly used safety barriers are approved for applications with the 0450 EExi. For easy installation, the valves can (on request) be supplied pre-wired to WAGO and Harting junction boxes.
The Type 6510 consist of a pilot flipper valve Type 6144 and a pneumatic seat valve. The flipper principle allows switching of high pressures with low power consumption and short switching times. All valves are equipped with manual override as standard. Type 6510 is extendable and preferably with acable plug at the back of the valve island, Type 8640, and preferably with the plug connection applicable in front of the valve block at the pneumatic control actuators.
The Type 6518 is a servo-assisted 3/2-way valve and the Type 6519 is a 5/2 or 5/3-way valve. Together, they form a product line. The valves can be used individually or in blocks. The valves work without a continuous air consumption and are used for the pneumatic control of double or single-acting actuators. A solenoid valve Type 6014 is used as a pilot. The use of high quality materials makes it possible to use these valves in the open air and under chemical atmospheres. The product line contains units with Ex-Approvals and NAMUR flange interface. Valves with circuit function C, D and H monostable are certified acc. IEC 61508 as SIL2.

Type 5411 is a pilot operated 3/2-way solenoid valve with manual override as standard. The body includes a servo piston with the seat seals. Through pilot channels, the servo piston is either loaded with input pressure or released. A minimum pressure difference of 1 bar is required for switching. The vent port is integrated as a sintered bronze silencer directly in the valve body. The valves can be combined (up to 6 valves) on a single-channel manifold with common pressure supply.
Type 5413 is a pilot operated 4/2-way solenoid valve with manual override as standard. A 3/2-way solenoid pilot valve allows control. The valve consists basically of two assembled 3/2-way valves for ports A and B with a counter built-in servo piston with seat seals. Through pilot channels, the servo piston is operated at the input pressure and pushed either apart or towards the valve centre. A minimum pressure difference of 1 bar is required for switching.
The Type 5420 is a pilot-controlled 4-way seat valve with servo-diaphragms. A minimum differential pressure of 2.5 bar is needed for switch-over. The valve can be mounted on two channel manifolds with a common pressure supply.
Valves of type 5470 consist of a type 6106 pilot rocker solenoid valve and a pneumatic valve. An armature with a tilting bearing, similar o a rocker, tilts within the body of the pilot valve, and switches the valve. The minimal tilting movement of the rocker is non-wearing, and basic lubrication is unnecessary. The type 5470 R is available as a 3/2 and 4/2-way valve. The valves can be mounted together individually using the module flange. In various applications, they can be used advantageously as valve blocks. Different variants are available for service ports 2 and 4.
