2/2- and 3/2-way stainless steel ball valve used to shut off and distributing medium flows. The ball valves can be connected via the mechanical interface to ISO 5211 with a pneumatic (for example, Type 2051 or 2052) or electrical rotary actuator (eg, Types 3003, 3004 or 3005).
2/2-way ball valve in stainless steel for separating medium flows. The ball valves can be connected via the mechanical interface acc. to ISO 5211 to a pneumatic (e.g. Type 2051 or Type 2052) or electric rotary actuator (e.g. Types 3003, 3004 or 3005). – low torques – high flow values – high medium pressure – long service life – maintenance friendly
2/2- and 3/2-way ball valves with manual override in plastic for separating medium flow. Different body versions and materials can be ordered to suit various applications. Special feature: The ball valves are equipped with the so-called Dual Block® Technology. This system serves as a safety device for the union nuts. It prevents that the installed valve becomes loose during the operation.
Type 8803 consists of Bürkert process valves with pneumatic stroke or rotary actuators (Types 2000, 2006, 2012, 2030, 2031, 2060, 2063, 2651, 2652, 2655, 2658, 2672 and 2675) and pre-mounted accessories. The modular accessory program includes different solutions for feedback, stroke limit and actuation of valves. Process valve systems with integrated pneumatic valve actuation and position feedbacks with control heads are combined in Type 8801.
Type 8805 consists of a 90°swivel fitting (ball or butterfly valve) and a pneumatic rotary actuator. The rotary actuator is available as single or double-acting actuator. Type 8805 can be complemented by a positioner (8792), a pilot valve (6519) or several kinds of position feedbacks (1061).
The electrical ball valve Type 8804 consists of an electrical rotary actuator and a 2/2 or 3/2-way ball valve made of stainless steel. 2-way variants are available with a 2-piece or 3-piece ball valve for various applications. The 3-way ball valves are available in L and T bore version. The rotary actuator is compactly built. Moreover it can be used as single device for the operation of other control elements (see datasheet Type 3003). Heat resistors and torque limiters are standard. The body is made of low inflammable material, classified acc. to UL 94 V0.
The Type 2051 pneumatic rotary actuators are low maintenance single or double acting pneumatic linear piston actuators where linear movement of the piston due to the pilot air causes a 90º rotation of the connected valve. Actuator-valve coupling is made via a universal ISO 5211 mechanical interface. The status of ball or butterfly valve can be monitored via the feedback switches of 1061. Moreover the actuator can be used as modulating control actuator by the addition of Bürkert’s range of Side Control positioners 8792/3.
The Type 2052 pneumatic rotary actuator consists of a single or double-acting pneumatic linear piston actuator with an internal coupling to a rotary joint and a universal mechanical interface acc. to ISO 5211. The actuator shaft is rotated 90º via the coupling by the linear movement of the piston due to the compressive force of the pilot air or the force of the return springs. This rotation movement can be utilised for respective actuators such as ball valves, flaps, etc. The actuator has an optical display for the rotation position. The actuator is cataphoresis and Rilsan coated internally and externally which makes it very corrosion resistant and maintenance free.
The electrical rotary actuator type 3003 is a compact and powerful actuator system, which provides a long service life. Materials and components have been chosen for maintenance-free operation even in aggressive environments and ensure low thermal loading on the actuator. The modular design offers many additional features to be added to the basic device such as extra limit switches, potentiometers and emergency power. With the control actuator version the input signals (eg. 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-10 V) as well as the output signals can be programmed. Heating resistor and torque limiter are in standard, the housing is made of flame resistant material classified according to UL 94 V0
The rotary actuator type 3005 is a compact and powerful actuator system which provides a long service life. Materials and components have been chosen for maintenance-free operation and ensure low thermal loading on the actuator. The modular design offers many options such as extra limit switches or potentiometers to be added to the basic unit.
